Entering through the 3.6 metre doors, the property itself is equally breathtaking, with a state of the art kitchen complete with glitter ball, two double bedrooms, the latest audio-visual equipment and richly stocked library with drop down screens, and a 64 square metre open air Jacuzzi with ipod docking station. Against a backdrop of 40 unspoilt acres of forest running down to the audible break of the ocean, The Lair has been perched between the forest and the sea, ensuring that each and every room is immersed in the view. Expect to see pods of dolphins, migrating whales and sea eagles in the turquoise waters in front. The nearby town of Swansea provides lovely restaurants and shops, and the Freycinet Peninsula and Wineglass Bay is a short drive away. Owner and architect Rick Bzowy has fitted the kitchen out with every possible condiment and beverage, and he will happily arrange a private chef or delivery of mouthwatering local produce including seafood and cheese for keen foodies to prepare themselves.
